With a variety of classes to choose from, there is something for everybody. Due to the popularity of our classes, we advise you to pre-book your place.
You Fit club members can book classes online or in club. Hotel guests can book a free space in a You Fit group exercise fitness class 24 hours in advance of their stay, subject to availability. You Fit Solihull is open to members of the public as well as hotel guests, meaning local residents and those working in the area are welcome and can take full advantage of our extensive facilities via club membership or day passes.
